Chipotle Pickled Oyster Mushrooms Tacos

This Taco recipe will not let you miss meat at all! It’s so easy and clean that it will become a favorite in no time. The texture of the Mushrooms once cooked is yo tender, yet firm that you can use as a Burrito filling or a separate dish as well and the bit of vinegar from the pickled juice will remind you of Cochinita Pibil. Make it spicier by incorporating as much of the Chipotle Peppers included in the can as you wish and do not discard the carrots and the onion. Enjoy!

  • Chipotle Pickled Oyster Mushrooms Jar from Kukull

  • 4 Tortillas

  • 100% Avocado oil

  • 1 Avocado

  • Cilantro

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Half a lime


How to Make Chipotle Oyster Mushrooms Tacos



Cut the Oyster Mushrooms into stripes straight from the Kukull Chipotle Pickled Oyster Mushrooms jar. Include the Chipotle Peppers if you want and do not discard the carrots and onions.

Drizzle a bit of Avocado Oil in a pan and wait 2 minutes before you add the Mushrooms, Chipotle, Carrots and Onions. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.



Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.

As the mushrooms are cooking, heat up 4 corn Tortillas on the side. They should be ready in about 7 minutes as well.


What to Serve with the Chipotle Oyster Mushrooms Tacos



Place 2 Tortillas in a plate and add the Mushrooms in the middle of the tortillas. Remember the mushrooms should be equally distributed between 4 tacos.


Add some Avocado, Lime juice to taste and Cilantro and Enjoy!!
